Villa Giada Holiday Club is a residence specially designed for holidays with family, and offers facilities and activities for all ages, a few minutes from the beaches of the Riviera. Located in an ancient olive grove of about 18,000 square meters in Imperia, on a hill, 500 meters as the crow flies from the sea (1.5 km from the highway IMPERIA WEST) and 2.5 km by car from the Ligurian coast. Imperia has 300 sunny days per year with temperatures ranging from 7° of January to the 27°/28° of July / August.

Villa Giada Holiday Club is facing SOUTH-WEST and is sunny most of the day. The landscape ranges from the beautiful view of the gulf of the Riviera di Ponente to the inland hills, dotted with small villages and the intense green of the olive trees. The apartments are divided into several buildings surrounded by greenery, to allow our guests to enjoy the gardens, solarium, the swimming pools and common areas.

The apartments for families of Villa Giada Resort are the ideal place for holidays and weekends in Liguria, with confort and relax. Immersed in a park of 18 hectares of olive trees, just a few minutes from the sea and the beaches of Imperia, all our apartments are extremely elegant in designand have a terrace or a balcony or small garden equipped (table, chairs and umbrella). All our apartments have air conditioning, heating, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen, all within easy distance from the beautiful Ligurian coast.

The apartments of Villa Giada Holiday Club, even manteining all the characteristics of the typology they belong to, are unique and differ in furniture and disposition, for a travel experience completely original.

The family apartments of our Resort can accommodate from 3 to 7 people.

• Two-rooms Classis MARGHERITA: (about 30 m2, external excluded). Maximum for 4 persons (adults + children). 2rooms apartment with livingroom and kitchen corner, sofa bed, duble bedroom, bathroom, balcony or little garden (ground floor or 1st floor).
• Two-rooms Superior GINESTRA: (about 35 m2, external excluded). Maximum for 5 persons (adults + children). 2rooms apartment superior with livingroom and kitchen corner, Microwave, little HI-FI, flat TV, eventually armchair bed (free on request), duble bedroom, bathroom, only balcony (first floor).
• Three-rooms Classic LAVANDA: (about 39 m2, external excluded). Maximum for 6 persons (adults + children). 3rooms apartment with livingroom and kitchen corner, sofa bed, 2 duble bedrooms, bathroom, balcony or little garden (1st floor or ground floor).
• Three-rooms Superior ROSA: (about 42 m2, external excluded). Maximum for 6 persons (adults + children). 3rooms apartment superior with livingroom and kitchen corner, microwave, flat TV, sofa bed and eventually armchair bed (on request free), 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony or little garden (ground or 1st floor).
• Four-rooms Superior IBISCUS: (about 45 m2 external excluded). Maximum per 7 persons. 4 rooms apartment superior with livingroom and kitchen corner, sofa bed, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, only balcony (1st floor). Or 2 apartments Ginestra divided by a door with 3 bedrooms (1 is the living room of one apartment), livingroom with kitchen corner, 2 bathroom, garden.

For the youngest children, there is a Baby Park fenced with rocking horse, a slide and a small path; next to the playground there is the 9-hole Minigolf and table tennis, surrounded by trees that cover from the hot sun in the afternoon. Next to this area for the kids, there is the multi-purpose sports: football, tennis, basketball are sports that can be practiced, with the possibility to organize small tournaments or spend an hour in joy while staying in the residence. We remember that the sports equipments (balls, tennis rackets, Minigolf clubs) are available at the Reception, and you can use it for free one hour.

The pools at the Resort | Entertainment on holiday

Surely the residence 2 pools are really beautiful: the Azzurra Pool is the largest one and offers a bar open daily; from h 18:00 you can taste our Happy Hour buffet by the pool. The Cascade Pool has 2 levels, with a tank deep only 50 cm for children. Around it there is the Green Solarium, equipped with sunchairs and sunumbrellas.
