The Tombolo Talasso Resort has 96 rooms, junior suites and suites facing the sea or the gardens. All are slightly different in shape and in the matching of colors and materials to satisfy a variety of personal tastes and needs: from ethnic furnishings, to bathrooms completely decorated in mosaic, from warm sand shades which evoke the desert to modern white furniture and abstract paintings, from oriental pastel tints, rattan futons afrom warm sand shades which evoke the desert to modern white furniture and abstract paintings, from oriental pastel tints, rattan futons and arabesque decors to traditional warm beige walls with paintings of the Tuscan countryside. The Hotel also features 3 rooms for the physically challenged.

The Tombolo Talasso Resort is ideal for families with children; it is peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by vegetation and only steps from the sea and the large sandy beach where children can play freely.

• Crib and Baby Bed – are available free of charge (to be booked and subject to availability).
• Third bed – for children aged 2 and above an extra bed in chair-bed or sofa-bed is available in superior rooms (to be booked and subject to availability).
• Baby-Sitter Service – our Reception Staff will gladly contact one of our reliable baby sitters and arrange this service for you (available on request. Services to be paid directly). From April 18th to September 30th free Miniclub for children above 4 years old with lots of fun activities.
• Kids Menu – a healthy and nutritionally balanced selection for children which is also tasty and fun for them to eat. High chairs are available on request.
• Beach – on the large sandy private beach fitted with sun umbrellas and deck chairs children can enjoy sun and games.
• Kids Pool – a separate shallow lagoon which allows children to safely enjoy sea water.
• Play room -with games for all ages, movies, cartoons andPlaystation.
• Satellite TV - with kids channels such as Disney Channel, Toon Disney, Playhouse Disney, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Animal Planet, Boomerang etc.

THE SPA

• Children can bathe in the Thalasso Pools from 5 years old with adult survaillance and from 9 to 11 am.

OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES
• In the pinewood closeby the Resort, Magiré il Magico Mondo del Cavallino Matto, offers entertainment and games for children from all over Tuscany.

• The Tarot Garden. Open from middle of May to middle of October – opening hours: 2:30 pm -7:30 pm. Created by artist Niki de Saint Phalle, this open air museum features 22 huge multicoloured sculptures representing the main symbols of tarot cards. The concrete sculptures are 12 to 15 meters tall and are covered with pieces of glass, earthenware and mirror. Loc.Garavicchio, Capalbio (GR)

• Acqua Water Park Cecina Mare. Open from end of May to middle of September – opening hours: 10.00 am – 6:00 pm. In addition to the regular water park facilities, the Acqua Park also features go-kart track, beach volley field and mini club for children. Theme evenings and water dance every Sunday. Bar, restaurant, pizzeria, ice-cream parlor. Free use of sun umbrellas, tables and chairs. Services for the disabled.

• Acqua Village, Follonica. Open from June to beginning of September – opening hours: 10.00 am – 6:00 pm. Games and fun for all ages. Waterslides, waves pool, lagoon, soaped soccer, beach volley, childrens’ play room. Bar – Restaurant – Pizzeria – Ice-Cream Parlour – Disco – play room. Free use of sun umbrellas, tables and chairs. Free parking – Services for the disabled. Loc.Mezzaluna, closeby “Capannina”

• Ciclilandia. Open all year long – opening hours: winter - 2.30 pm - 18.00 pm. Summer – 3.30 pm - 8.00 pm. Entry allowed only to children aged 12 and below. This park is equipped to teach children correct behaviour on the road through courses and traffic simulations. Highway A12 exit Pisa Centro then follow directions to Tirrenia. 56018 - Tirrenia (PI) to children from 0 to 6 years old.Open from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm, Monday to Saturday all year long.
