DEPOSIT: € 200 per apartment to be paid at the arrival, it will be given back on departure after a carefull check of the apartment.
ATTENTION ! In Trentino there are mandatory rules for garbage collection in respect of the natural environment. Guests must follow this rules. If they don't, and extra cost will be required. Kitchenette and fridge have to be left perfectly cleaned, otherwise an extra cost will be applied (min. € 30).
ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES: check-in time 15.00-22.00 with guarantee of all units ready up to 18.00 - Check-out time 7.30 - 10.00 with possibility to ask the day use with supplement.
PETS WELCOME in a limitated number of units, always on request and following house rules.

In San Martino there is entertainment during July and August provided by an experienced team of young people, offering you a holiday filled with various sporting activities and social events.
The day begins with accompanied walks and guided trekking, also to the malghe and to the rifugi, with the possibility of tasting the local speciality "polenta" with fresh cheese and milk’s products. In the afternoon various games, races, fitness or dancing and concludes in the Theatre of San Martino with an evening show.
Every week there are some special events organised in the Sporting Club.

KINNY BABY CLUB
During July and August for children ages 3 – 10 yrs there is the mini-club inside the Sporting Clubresidence, and always cared for by the staff, in a reserved area inside the Sport Centre of San Martino, artistic activities, tournaments and games are available.
Also the Paneveggio Natural Park organises educational discoveries of the “Malghe” and the adventure experience “Researchers for a day” in which children alongside professionals carry out scientific research
